Doctoral Human Resource Development Program for Leading Social Change with Advanced Knowledge and Future Thinking

Okayama University established the “Okayama University Fellowship for Science and Technology Innovation (OU Fellowship)” to foster young researchers who will promote research in top priority research fields at Okayama University, and to produce researchers who will play a leading role in the creation of science, technology, and innovation in Japan. And this OU Fellowship has been newly implemented as the “Okayama University Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation (OU-SPRING)” since FY2024.
This program aims to develop and produce highly specialized human resources (knowledge workers) who create new value by creating an environment in which doctoral students can devote themselves to research.
